1. Who we are
Tix2Cash buys event tickets from sellers in the United States. We are the buyer. These terms govern use of the website and any ticket submission you make.
2. Not a marketplace
Tix2Cash does not operate a fan-to-fan marketplace. Submitting tickets is an offer to sell them to us. We may send a counter-offer, reject the submission, or take no action. No sale exists until you accept an offer and we verify the transferred tickets.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, able to transfer the tickets, and the lawful owner of the inventory you submit. You may not submit stolen, duplicated, speculative, or restricted tickets.
4. Offers and payment
Starting prices on event cards are buying floors, not guaranteed payouts. A written offer in your dashboard is the amount we will pay if you accept and complete a verified transfer. Payment is due only after we mark the tickets Verified. We do not process third-party checkout in this version of the product.
5. Transfers
Do not transfer tickets until an offer is accepted. Transferring early does not create a sale. After acceptance we send instructions. You must complete the transfer from the original platform account.
6. Prohibited use
You may not scrape the site, bypass rate limits, upload malware, or impersonate another seller. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Affiliation
Tix2Cash is not affiliated with Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, MLB Ballpark, or any team, venue, league, or artist named on this site. Event names are used to identify inventory we are willing to buy.
